Depending on the sales flow of the products, the wedding dress may be available for fitting.
Any model can be made according to the client's measurements.
Standard wedding dresses - upon request, can have additional modifications such as: adding or removing fabric, adding or omitting sleeves, changing the color, adding or omitting certain accessories. Please be informed that these modifications can only be made after you receive the official response to your request.
All products presented on our site are customisable. For example, but not limited to, possible changes can be: additional lace, fabric type changes, dress combinations, etc.

Because the products are done from scratch and on the customer's measuremeants, we require either an advance payment or full payment, depending on the delivery time.
After the payment process, either online or by bank transfer the customer will sign a contract and we will start the creation of the product.
Without signing and payment the work cannot start, we reserve the right to refuse orders that do not comply with our terms and conditions.
Products are made from scratch thus the lead time can be up to 45 working days.
We advise customers to contact us before placing an order to get a better estimation of the time required.

The delivery process depends on your country. Usually the preffered shipping method is via DHL which ships to arround 220 countries around the world.
