PLACING AND ORDER

All products on the website can be custom ordered, tailored to your measurements or modified in certain details according to your preference.

 

We also create made-to-order garment pieces inspired by the client's own vision.

You can place an order via email or by phone.

 

A Chouette Couture consultant will guide you on how to take accurate measurements and provide all the necessary information about the desired product.

Payment can be made either via an online link that we generate or by bank transfer.

 

If you opt for the bank transfer, the invoice will include all the necessary payment details.

 

We will begin working on your order once the funds have been credited to our account—this is especially crucial if you're on a tight deadline, so please plan accordingly.

 

Payments can be made in EURO.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

FAULTS

International deliveries are made exclusively through DHL. To determine the costs, please contact us.

For international shipments, customs duties and any other fees are the responsibility of the client.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide calculations or estimates, as these vary greatly from country to country.

Immediately after receiving your package, it is your responsibility to notify us of any damage to the package or product.

If a product other than the one purchased was delivered, the return shipping cost will be covered by CHOUETTE COUTURE.
