They are encouraged to bring images or ideas, and our team of professionals will engage in detailed discussions to determine every aspect, ensuring the best version of the final product.

Each creation is designed and tailored with meticulous attention to detail, in the spirit of the three principles that define us: Dame Distinguée, Séduction Divine, and Belle Douce.

Driven by the desire to offer our clients an exceptionally rich variety of products, Chouette Couture has carefully selected partners who share the same vision and unmistakable style, thus contributing to the fulfillment of their dreams. Clients can choose from hundreds of designs available on our website, each one given a personal touch.

Out of respect for our clients' privacy and to provide the best guidance, visits to Chouette Couture locations are by appointment only. This way, during the dedicated time for each client, we can analyze all aspects of the desired product in detail and address any questions. Additionally, clients can request extra appointments. Although our consultants are in high demand and possess extensive experience, appointments are always free.

For those who cannot attend in person, we offer the option to communicate online via WhatsApp. We have modern IT systems that allow us to complete contracts entirely online for remote clients.

Because we are dedicated to creating a unique product and experience, this is not an online store – clients must contact us via email or WhatsApp to place their orders.

The ordering process may initially seem complex. However, from placing the order until delivery, clients will have virtual or in-person meetings (depending on their location) to clarify every detail and ensure a unique experience.

In the event of any discrepancies regarding the fabric, clients will be contacted via email or phone for validation. Additionally, although we make every effort to obtain exactly the requested shade, please note that the color tone may appear slightly different depending on your phone's lighting or the display settings of your electronic devices.

It is possible to modify your order and request a different size. However, please note that both the delivery time and costs may change. Therefore, we encourage you to share all your plans with us – from any diets or weight-loss regimens to a possible expansion of your family. For every situation, we will seek a solution, but it is essential that we are informed in a timely manner.

Throughout the process, we will keep you updated on the status of your order and invite you for fittings.

It is recommended that you contact us approximately 4-5 months before the event date, although this is not a strict rule. We will make every effort to support you even in cases where the timeframe is shorter.
