- Standard wedding dresses - upon request, can have additional modifications such as: addition or removal of fabric, addition or elimination of sleeves, color change, addition or removal of certain accessories. Please be advised that these modifications can only be made after you receive an official response to your request.
All products presented on our site are customisable. For example, but not limited to, possible changes can be: additional lace, fabric type changes, dress combinations, etc.

Because the products are done from scratch and on the customer's measuremeants, we require either an advance payment or full payment, depending on the delivery time.
After the payment process, either online or by bank transfer the customer will sign a contract and we will start the creation of the product.
Without signing and payment the work cannot start, we reserve the right to refuse orders that do not comply with our terms and conditions.
Products are made from scratch thus the lead time can be up to 45 working days.
We advise customers to contact us before placing an order to get a better estimation of the time required.

Depending on the measurements and size the price may increase.
The delivery process depends on your country. Usually the preffered shipping method is via DHL which ships to arround 220 countries around the world.
