Because the products are done from scratch and on the customer's measuremeants, we require either an advance payment or full payment, depending on the delivery time.

After the payment process, either online or by bank transfer the customer will sign a contract and we will start the creation of the product.

Without signing and payment the work cannot start, we reserve the right to refuse orders that do not comply with our terms and conditions.

Products are made from scratch thus the lead time can be up to 45 working days.

We advise customers to contact us before placing an order to get a better estimation of the time required.

Depending on the measurements and size the price may increase.

The delivery process depends on your country. Usually the preffered shipping method is via DHL which ships to arround 220 countries around the world.

If the product is on sale, discounts are valid exclusively for in-stock items and are subject to availability.

They do not apply to made-to-order products or garments custom-made from scratch based on the client’s measurements.
